Wendy has owned Hendricks Marketing, a marketing consulting business, since 2008. Before entering real estate sales in 2015, Wendy was the associate publisher of Business Central Magazine. These experiences give her deep roots in the greater St. Cloud business community and a strong understanding of what drives both business and personal investments. Her years of marketing expertise and community connection allow her to provide sharp market research, thoughtful analysis, and exceptional service to every client.
